Coral
Bay Ridge is an exclusive thirty-three lot sub-division
on the Bogue Sound in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.
International marketing materials were created in
two forms: a brochure and an interactive website.
First a three-leaf, two-color brochure was created
from over 500 on-location images and hand drawings.
Beautiful Neenah Classic Laid, Camel Hair paper
served as the brochures foundation. Secondly, the
website showcased the beauty of the area as well
as the individual property. A 360 degree QuickTime
movie provides potential buyers with a view from
their second-floor balcany while a Flash
interactive displays dimensions, prices and
availability.

It
was over a seven month display and the most successful
public art exhibit for Raleigh, North Carolina's state
capital, raising over 160,000 for non-profits. Birthmark
Designs designed a commemorative
poster containing over 160 images of the wolves
in early 2002. A 128-page commemorative
book followed with intimate details about the
artists, (real) red wolves and our beloved city, Raleigh.
Auction materials
were also handled by Birthmark Designs.
